Shipping & Returns Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at imperial-jewelry.us. At the moment we only ship to the U.S. We will update our shipping policy once we begins offering International shipping outside the U.S. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our shipping policy.


Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours


Return Process Based on Shipping Method

FedEx Express Shipping (4-7 Days Delivery to Door):

  • If your order was delivered via FedEx Express, you can initiate a return within 15 days from the delivery date.
  • We will provide you with a prepaid return label at no additional cost.
  • After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.

Standard Shipping (7-18 Days Delivery to Pickup Point):

  • For orders delivered to a pickup point via standard shipping, returns must be initiated within 15 days from the date you collected the item.
  • You will need to drop off the package at a designated shipping location using the prepaid return label we provide.
  • Once we receive and inspect the item, a refund will be issued within 5-7 business days.

Important Notes

  • Refunds will be credited back to your original payment method.
  • We do not cover return shipping costs for items returned after the 15-day window or for non-defective items returned due to a change of mind.
